WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Here at Winbush & Winbush we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. All items are entitled to be refunded or exchanged provided it is unworn. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your item has been lost or damaged in the post, we will endeavour to replace it for you. Please notify us within 3 days of the item being delivered for any damages claims to be considered appropriate. After this 3 day period we reserve the right to deny any damage claims.
Your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We take payments through Paypal and card.
HOW IS WINBUSH & WINBUSH ADAPTING TO COVID-19?
Winbush & Winbush offers a wide selection of nautical clothing, accessories and homewares. We currently work with a fulfilment partner to print and ship our tshirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps and mugs. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfilment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfilment and shipping will take longer than our stated 3-5 business days but your order will reach you.
There is no delay on the rest of our items.

How It Works
Whilst we are getting started we are currently only shipping to the UK. We post everything with Royal mail and aim to have everything delivered within 3-5 business days of you making the order. For clothing, shipping may take slightly longer as all our clothing is printed on demand. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
